ジルコニアセラミックは、次のような特徴を持つ高性能セラミック材料です。
1. 高硬度、高靭性:hv1200-1600までの硬度、破壊靭性≥10 mpa・m¹/²、高応力環境に効果的に耐性。
2. 耐熱性に優れ、融点は2715℃までで、1400℃以上の高温環境下でも安定した性能を維持する。
3. 優れた耐摩耗性:結晶構造変換(単斜相、正方相、立方相)により相変態靭化を実現。
4. 低熱膨張係数:温度変化に対する良好な寸法安定性、精密用途に適しています。
