窒化ケイ素セラミックターンテーブル製品紹介
窒化ケイ素セラミックターンテーブルは、高純度窒化ケイ素粉末を主原料とし、焼結助剤とバインダーを添加した高性能エンジニアリングセラミック製品です。製造工程では、一般的に静水圧プレスまたはホットプレスが行われ、製品の性能を確保するために圧力、温度、時間などのパラメータを正確に制御する必要があります。

1.物理的特性:
高強度、高硬度:ビッカース硬度は15-18 gpaに達し、曲げ強度は800-1000 mpaと合金鋼に近い。
高温抵抗:℃- 1600℃までの短期耐熱性があり、高温でも安定して動作する。
低熱膨張係数:約320×10⁻⁶/°C、生成された温度の変化で高次元安定である。
優れた耐熱衝撃性:800℃以上の急速な加熱と冷却温度変化に耐えることができます。
2.化学种族:
耐食性:ほとんどの酸、塩基および塩溶液(フッ化水素酸および強アルカリ溶液を除く)に対して非常に強い耐食性。
酸化抵抗:二酸化硫黄(sio)は二酸化硫黄の酸化を抑制する。
3.力学的性質:
耐摩耗性:摩耗率はジルコニアより50%以上低く、連続使用寿命は5000時間を超えています。
無給油スライド种族:摩擦係数はわずか0.02 ~ 0.35で、追加の潤滑剤は必要ありません。
